Basseterre, Saint Kitts (Public Infrastructure News) – On Tuesday, September 8, 2026, residents and road users in Ottleys and the C. A. Paul Southwell Industrial Site in Basseterre will benefit from critical improvements to the drains and roads in their communities, undertaken by the Roads and Drains Division (RDD) of the Public Works Department (PWD) in the Ministry of Public Infrastructure, Energy, and Utilities.
